It will be Richard's birthday on Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Episode 16.

But this doesn't mean everyone will be in a celebratory mood.

Yes, the man of the hour (and Bailey) will be invited to scrub in on what ABC describes as "the case of a lifetime," but Callie will clash big time with Derek and Shane will meet a young mother-to-be (played by Keke Palmer) who needs his help.

Elsewhere, look for Meredith to hire a research assistant to help with her portal vein project - and for tensions to run VERY high.

That much is made clear in this preview for "We Gotta Get Out Of This Place."
