Pretty Little Liars at PaleyFest: A Pilot Flashback, An Ezra Twist and Much More

The cast and crew of Pretty Little Liars descended on PaleyFest today, just a couple days prior to the wildly-anticipated Pretty Little Liars Season 4 finale.

And our favorite young ladies, along with creator Marlene King, didn't just tease Pretty Little Liars Season 4 Episode 24… they also looked ahead to Season 5, while re-creating the Twitter-breaking Oscars selfie in the process.

Five Will Be Alive: Sasha Pieterse teased a new "dynamic" for the group now that Alison has returned, while King said Season 5 will be akin to a while new show: "[It's] shaping up to be, emotionally, the most complex season so far. There are five Pretty Little Liars now.”

Flashing Way Back: The finale will flash back to the night Ali disappeared.

Twist… and Prepare to Shout? King said little about Ezra’s potential “redemption” this summer, but did mention a “shocking Ezria twist” in the finale.

A Happy Return: Tyler Blackburn will be a full-time cast member again as of the 100th episode.

PLL on the Big Screen?!? “We talk about it all the time,” King said of a Veronica Mars-like move to the movies. “We’d love to make a movie when the show [ends.]“

Yay! It seems like the show is getting back to roots. I hate to complain, but in comparison to previous seasons, the fourth has sucked. It has random bullshit side-plot that won't amount to anything, lots of boring scenes that really don't have substance, and the liars seem to have gotten less and less intelligent. However, I did enjoy the last episode and I think they are definitely turning it around (as I hoped they would.) I can't wait to see what they do with the finale, I hope it's as good as I know they can be! (Season 1 finale for example!) Anywho. Sincerely, avid TV watcher & yes, a MALE fan of the show. :)
