It's official: True Blood Season 7 will taste a lot like Ginger.

Deadline has confirmed that Tara Buck, who has cracked us up for years everyone's favorite barmaid on this HBO smash, has ben upped to series regular for the show's final run of episodes.

Ginger debuted way back on Season 1 and has mostly shared scene with Eric and Pam.

In other True Blood Season 7 casting news tidbits:

• Bailey Noble, as Andy's surviving daughter, will also be a regular cast member.
• Nathan Parsons will take over for Luke Grimes as James.
• Riley Smith will play a love interest for Arlene.

The series returns for its concluding season this summer on HBO and you can watch True Blood online at TV Fanatic in order to catch up before then.
