Ken and Lisa Vanderpump left the island of Puerto Rico as though there were a pack of dogs nipping at their heels. Or should we say a pack of Real Housewives?

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4 Episode 18 saw good friends turn on one another and Lisa and Ken had had enough. So they cut their trip short and headed home leaving Yolanda and Brandi to complain that Lisa refused to finish their conversation.

But was it a conversation or an inquisition?

Back home, Lisa found consolation by sharing her plight with Carlton while Kyle got her 6 year old daughter's ears pierced. 

And Yolanda and Kim both shed plenty of tears and she packed their daughters off to college.
