Once again, it was all about Aviva on The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 2, as she managed to go from being Carole's adoring fan to her mortal enemy in the span of an afternoon.

One moment Aviva was copying Carole's look and fawning over her accomplishments and the next thing we knew the claws came out. 

Apparently, Aviva felt Carole was being condescending when she asked her if she'd used a ghostwriter on her upcoming novel so Aviva turned the tables...and told everyone who would listen that Carole's book wasn't written by her.

Not only did she say Carole's book was ghostwritten but that it was so bad that the publishing house said it would take months to make is saleable. 

So much for Carole's biggest fan.
