The hype around a possible second NCIS spinoff drew some viewers back to the show. thankfully the Bishop character was not seen much nor did viewers have to endure her dumb blonde lines. Emily Wickersham is far out of her acting league to follow Cote dePablo. If changes are not made this once great show will as we say down South, "go down like a one egg puddin." Listen to viewers and do what is necessary to return Cote to the show.

Person of Interest was up because Chicago Fire was a repeat. Yes Person always wins the time slot BUT if Chicago Fire was new it would not have gained that much.
