Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Review: Who is the Clairvoyant?

Congrats to Skye!
She's been through quite a lot since she gave up her van for the S.H.I.E.L.D airplane. And on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 1 Episode 16, she was made an official Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. She's had her ups and downs, but she has proved her value to the team.
With the threat of the Clairvoyant out there, she was the perfect choice to analyze the profiles and lead the search for possible candidates.
While not much happened on "End of the Beginning," it was a pivotal episode and launched what appears to be a shift in the story. Deathlok was a formidable foe that so far has won each encounter with S.H.I.E.L.D. The battles were okay, but there's something missing and I can't quite figure out what it is.
Maybe it's that the battles were gun fights. The fights on Arrow are more elaborate and rely on a wider range of fighting methods, while in this episode guns and missiles were the weapons of choice. I'd like to see better fight scenes on this series.
The search for the Clairvoyant was led by the hunt for Deathlok. S.H.I.E.L.D was manipulated into finding Thomas Nash and conned into believing he was the Clairvoyant. It was a convincing set up! I fell for it. And, Ward's execution of Thomas took away their only real lead.
Skye's investigation uncovered the likely truth. The Clairvoyant is someone within S.H.I.E.L.D. There's a traitor amongst them. While the secret phone was incriminating, May appeared to be honestly confused about what was going on. Plus, she's more knowledgeable about what happened with Coulson than he is. She has no reason to want information about his post-death time. She already knows the truth.
Agent Hand appears to be involved in some regard with the Clairvoyant, but I don't think she's the actual person. We don't know much about her, but I just don't see her as the mastermind. I could be wrong, but I just don't buy it.
This has all been building towards a major shift in S.H.I.E.L.D. The final scene showed a lead-in to Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Will Director Fury make it out of the crash? Most likely, but how will the events of the movie change the television series? We'll have to wait until next week to find out.
