According to the official ABC teaser for Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Episode 21, "Change of Heart" will prepare viewers for Cristina's farewell.

But this Thursday's installment won't simply focus on the impending departure of our beloved Dr. Yang.

As evidenced by the following sneak peek, it will also give Alex and Arizona a chance to sort of bond, as they end up on a flight together and the former explains why he may take a job of which the latter does not approve.

Elsewhere this week, look for Jackson to deliver some bad news; for Richard to surprise Catherine in Boston; and for Amelia to pay a visit to her brother.
