We didn't exactly conclude the penultimate episode of Glee Season 5 with a cliffhanger.

But, hey, we did see dogs! Lots and lots and lots of cute dogs.

The episode featured three main storylines:

1. Rachel hired Santana to assist her with a charity event for rescued animals in order to fix her reputation. 
2. Kurt joined the cast of a retirement's home performance of Peter Pan.
3. Sam adopted a canine without telling Mercedes - and she did not take the news well.
