Orange Is the New Black Season 3: Confirmed By Laura Prepon!

Orange Is the New Black has been renewed for a third season by Netflix.
Laura Prepon, who stars on the hit series as Alex Vause, made the big announcement on her Instagram page this afternoon, to the delight of OITNB Nation.
The actress appeared in much of the first season, but will reportedly return for just a handful of episodes for the upcoming Orange is the New Black Season 2.
She will have a larger part in the just announced third season, however.
"It's official!! Season 3!! #oitnb #alexvause #backtothebighouse," Laura Prepon captioned the picture on Instagram of some purported (hilarious) episode titles.
Orange Is the New Black is Netflix's most-watched original show, according to Netflix, which doesn't reveal how many viewers actually watch its original programming.
Not unlike this Season 3 pickup, Netflix previously renewed the comedy-drama for Season 2 before the first one premiered, so clearly it must do very well.
The OITNB cast also features Taylor Schilling, Kate Mulgrew, Uzo Aduba, Taryn Manning, Laverne Cox, Danielle Brooks and Natasha Lyonne.
