With fans still buzzing, debating and, let's face it, hating on the Castle Season 6 finale, we now have some scoop regarding Castle Season 7.
Creator Andrew Marlowe tells TV Line that this fall's premiere will not feature a time jump of any kind.
Viewers can expect to be thrust directly into the aftermath of Rick's fiery car accident that concluded May's controversial finale.
"We feel like, given the way we left off, we have an obligation to start exactly where we ended," Marlowe tells Michael Ausiello. "So we’ll be picking up in real time.”
ABC is yet to announce a return date for Castle, but look for Season 7 to premiere in September.
