USA has another hit on its hands.

The network confirmed yesterday that the EMTs on Sirens will be called for another shift, renewing this Denis Leary-produced comedy for a second 13-episode season.

Featuring Michael Mosley, Kevin Daniels, Kevin Bigley and Jessica McNamee, Sirens marks the network’s first foray into the sitcom genre.

It debuted to 1.32 million viewers in March and now ranks as basic cable's top new comedy of 2014.

Gushed USA Network president Chris McCumber via statement:

"Sirens resonated with a broad fan base, and we are excited to grow this new audience further, as season two promises a lot more laughs and irreverent humor.

"We're pleased to continue our partnership with Denis Leary and Bob Fisher, whose unique brand of witty, off-kilter and laugh-out-loud writing is brought to life by the immensely talented cast."
