Devon Aoki is taking off for Hong Kong. Via The CW, that is.

As reported by Deadline, the actress (Sin City, 2 Fast 2 Furious) will come on board Arrow Season 3 in a "critical" capacity.

Aoki will portray Tatsu Yamashiro (aka Katana), an expert with the sword and a martial arts guru.

She will appear in multiple Hong Kong flashbacks, playing an important role in Oliver’s journey to becoming the Arrow.

Look for this beloved CW series to flash over to Hong Kong on numerous occasions this fall (it returns with new episodes on October 8 at 8/7c) and for other recurring characters to be cast in the weeks ahead.

In the meantime, you can always watch Arrow online in order to catch up.
