Peter Stormare has booked a ticket to Starling City.

The veteran actor has been cast on Arrow Season 3 as Werner Zytle, the alias of Count Vertigo in DC Comics lore.

According to TV Guide, Zytle will be introduced this fall as the new purveyor of the drug Vertigo, taking over the role left vacant by the death of Seth Gabel’s The Count.

Stormare most recently appeared on The Blacklist and his small screen credits also include episodes Prison Break and NCIS: Los Angeles.

Over the past couple days, Devon Aoki and Karl Yune have also been cast on Arrow Season 3. They will recur as a Hong Kong couple we see in flashbacks who help Oliver grow into his superhero persona.

Arrow will return with new episodes on October 8 at 8/7c.
