Black Box has been canceled by ABC.

In related news, apparently ABC had been airing new episodes of a show called Black Box.

The drama, which starred Kelly Reilly as a famous neurologist with bipolar disorder, was planned as a limited event series and aired its final installment on July 24.

It didn't draw big ratings, however, and the network announced last night that it would not return for another go-around.

Few summer shows have found success over the last couple months, with Extant struggling on CBS and ratings for Under the Dome down.

NBC, however, has renewed The Night Shift, Undateable and Welcome to Sweden for second seasons.

Loved the show. When they changed the day and time, maybe they should have announced it. I found it by chance flipping through the channels.

It was a good show, but wasnt my favorite. I am glad that Night Shift is getting renewed, and I will hope that Under the Dome gets another renewal.

Sorry to hear that, I enjoyed the show!

Tried it for 10 min. Worst overacting I've ever seen. Couldn't make it to first commercial.

Sorry to hear - Not my favorite for sure but I enjoyed it. Educational drama - They brought to light some rare conditions - At least one I have seen in a friend IRL.

I never watched it sounds to much like another series to me.

Honestly I am surprised it lasted as long as it did. I tried watching it but I just could not get in to it.
Sorry to those that did like the show.
