The Good Wife Season 6 Promo: Florrick/Agos... and Lockhart?

by at . Comments

CBS has released the first trailer for The Good Wife Season 6 and it focuses on the two key questions fans have heading into new episodes:

  1. Will Alicia run for State's Attorney?
  2. Will Diane join Florrick/Agos?

Based on the following footage, the answer to the first question remains unclear, as Alicia shoots down Eli's proposal without reservations... until she has reservations based on Eli's belief that she could win.

The answer to the second question, however, appears apparent. Much to the chagrin of Cary. Check out the teaser now:

The Good Wife Season 6 kicks off on Sunday, September 21 (at 9:30-10:30 PM, ET, 9:00-10:00 PM, PT).

Need to catch up prior to that date? Go watch The Good Wife online - and get an idea below of where these cast members were before they landed in Chicago.

Julianna Marguiles (Alicia Florrick)
If you didn't see Julianna as Nurse Carol Hathaway alongside George Clooney on ER, what are you waiting for? You need to go watch now, Stat! You could also catch Julianna on a handful of episodes of The Sopranos and the one season of Canterbury's Law.

Can we have a season which doesn't start or end with Cary being screwed over? Is it so hard to do?

As usual things look wonderfully good for Cary.

sarcasm?

Yeah. It is. Alicia is voting for Diane to join FA and he's not even here. Great future in store for Cary at his own firm. Great storyline. Other sarcasm.

Yeah, me too. I've enough of this "screw him over" fest (with little screentime and no good scripts) when it comes to his character. I remember a time when he was allowed to be badass like other characters and show his skills in court. Now he has his own firm but not a single client on his own. He's just a character they use to move the plot and once they get that move they put him in the background.

As usual a oneway show with Cary under the bus.

I couldn't say it better.
