Forgive the all-caps, but this was the pressing question posed by Olivia on Scandal Season 4 Episode 5.
Titled “The Key,” this installment of the ABC smash focused on multiple issues, such as the team’s investigations of Catherine’s case. But Olivia grew distracted after Jake stopped returning her calls.
Elsewhere, Cyrus continued to get in deeper and deeper with Michael, while David came to the unfortunate conclusion that it's not always so nice to be a winner in Washington, D.C.
