When you hear one, that means Barry Allen has taken his Flash persona to Mach 1 and that's what Cisco thinks would be the best velocity to really crack down on Girder.
Barry's going to run into yet another metahuman in The Flash Season 1 Episode 6 that proves he's not quite fast enough (yet) to defeat. It seems like Barry best jump on that treadmill for a little practice, right?!
We get our first glimpse of just how easy it is for Tony Woodward to go all girded steel as Barry punches him in the face and his cheek goes sleek.
