Team Arrow is going to give it three days before they start to worry about Oliver's absence after his fight with Ra's al Ghul.
Prior to that, they'll carry on the good fight and expect his return. Afterward? They'll start to worry that the unimaginable has happened and will finally hear the news from none other than Malcolm Merlyn.
We saw the darker side of Arrow Season 3 Episode 10 in the promo that was released earlier (and can be seen again below). In the slideshow get a look at Diggle and Arsenal fight a bad guy while Felicity helps Ray with his ATOM arm. At least that looks kinda cool.
It's odd as hell flipping through an Arrow slideshow without Oliver Queen poised at least twice with his bow. Thankfully, we know his "retirement" will be short lived. His friends, however, will not be so certain. Watching their reactions to the news should be nothing short of stunning.
There is light at the end of this dark tunnel. TV Line reported Mama Smoak will be making her return to Starling City later in Arrow Season 3, Episode 18 to be exact. Whether this will be a Felicity-centric installment remains to be seen, but Donna Smoak was a breath of fresh air, and Charlotte Ross will be welcomed back with open arms!
