Person of Interest will ring in the new year with a special episode tonight.

Titled "If-Then-Else," the installment will give us a true idea of The Machine’s capabilities, as Samaritan launches a cyber attack on the stock exchange.

This leaves the team with little choice but to embark on a possible suicide mission, as the members desperately try to prevent a global economic catastrophe.
