Nowadays, the Pied Piper wears a hoodie, just like all the other cool kids.
Of course, he's also a science nerd who was the protégée of Harrison Wells, who can manipulate sound waves courtesy of some DNA smashing via the explosion of the particle accelerator. This is not the Pied Piper of fairytales.
Of course, The Flash and Wells are going to be the targets of Hartley Rathaway (broadway star Andrew Mientus), and if the building sign in one of the photos from The Flash Season 1 Episode 11 featuring the company name Rathaway Industries means anything, the Piper has means.
Elsewhere around town, Iris will finally land her dream job as a cub reporter at Central City Picture News, but her editor pairs her with veteran reporter Mason Bridge (soap star Roger Howarth) who wants nothing to do with her.
It looks like she might be assigned to a press conference held by Harrison Wells, perhaps about Rathaway and his Piper ways.
