The freshman series has received a second season order from Bravo.

There's little denying the Universal Cable Productions dramdedy is the perfect fit the network that has made a name for itself with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and all if its companion shows.

Series creator Marti Noxon had this to say about the news, "As divorced people everywhere know, it's good to get picked up. I think I speak for the entire Girlfriends gang when I say we're grateful to be working with UCP and Bravo and grateful to have the opportunity to tell another season of stories."
