The fate of April and Jackson's baby was left unknown at the end of Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 10, the results of Dr. Herman's test delayed for viewers another week.

But while we'd love to remain optimistic, the tone of the official network promo for Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 11 makes that nearly impossible.

Seriously, is there any way to view this teaser and think the news will be positive?!?

You might as well go out and buy the boxes of Kleenex now.

In non-April and Jackson news, Catherine will arrive in Seattle next Thursday and bump into Richard at the hospital.

Elsewhere, Meredith will miss Derek and look for someone to take care of the kids so she can visit him for the weekend; while Amelia will show Stephanie a bit of tough love when they work together on a case.
