But that he'd be fool enough to leave his son in jail on his wedding day? That's all Mickey Donovan.

Yep, it's Brendan's big day, and things go south when the cops get him when Mickey goes into hiding (if the show description is correct) after he refuses to help bring in the Minassians on Bunch's wedding day on Ray Donovan Season 3 Episode 9. 

There is a big, seemingly happy dinner in celebration of the impending nuptials, but when it's time to take photos, Brendan is nowhere to be found. Why? He's probably behind bars. Will Mick step up and free his son to marry the tulip?
