There's no life left in this cancer drama.

Despite attempts to give Chasing Life a chance to breathe, even moving up the second season premiere date by one month, the ratings for the finale dipped to a series low.

A lot happened during Chasing Life Season 2, including the marriage of the lead character, April, and the subsequent death of her husband, Leo. April and Brenna discovered they had a half sister in Natalie and formed a relationship of sorts, but nothing was strong enough to pull in viewers as dedicated as those watching during Chasing Life Season 1.

In the second season (now series) finale, April was given more bad news by her doctors, and while vacationing in Italy, she was considering staying on there to live the remainder of her life.
