TV Ratings Report: Grey’s Anatomy Rises, The CW Falls

The Most Awkward Dinner Party in Television History helped Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 Episode 5 shoot up in the ratings, as its 9 million total viewers and 2.4 rating among 18-49-year old represented solid gains from last Thursday

Elsewhere on ABC, Scandal (8.3 million/2.5 rating) also ticked up, while How to Get Away With Murder (6.9 million/2.0) held firm after successive weeks of decline.

And elsewhere around the dial:

  • On Fox, Bones (5.9 million/1.2) increased by a tenth, while Sleepy Hollow (2.9 million/0.8) tied its series lows. These shows will crossover next week.
  • Heroes Reborn (3.8 million/1.1) and The Blacklist (6.5 million/1.4) also held steady, while The Player (4.1 million/0.8) rose by a tenth.
  • The Vampire Diaries (1.2 million/0.5) and The Originals (950,000/0.4) each dropped a tenth to tie series lows.
