On The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Episode 4, Damon had to scramble and come up with a new scheme after Valerie left Oscar for dead, hurting Damon's plan to swap him for Elena's coffin.
Elsewhere, it was time to have an actual college ball, with Stefan and Caroline keeping a close eye on Mary Louise and Nora.

Elsewhere, Bonnie and Alaric continues to deal with that whole mysterious stone issue, while Enzo went off on a mission to learn what Valerie has been up to.
