You're the Worst has been renewed!

FXX has ordered a third season of the critically-acclaimed comedy from Creator and Executive Producer Stephen Falk that will air in summer 2016.

Falk also received an overall deal enabling him to write, develop and produce television projects for FX Networks and FX Productions.

Self Punishment - You're the Worst

"Stephen is one of the best new talents in comedy – as funny, thoughtful and original as You’re the Worst and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with next," said Nick Grad Co-President of Original Programming for FX Networks and FX Productions.

Grad continued, "You’re the Worst, already one of the most critically-acclaimed comedies on television, is also one of the most innovative, something Stephen and the cast will continue in the much-deserved third season."

"The daring turn this season, led by the honest and respectful portrayal of Gretchen’s depression, was a very courageous move for a comedy and another milestone for You’re the Worst," said Grad.

You're the Worst is a modern look at love and happiness told through the eyes of two people who haven't been very successful with either.

It's the story of Gretchen and Jimmy, fear, heartbreak, romance, sex, food, Los Angeles, Sunday Funday, friendship, and the fact that sometimes the worst people make the best partners.

The series currently airs Wednesdays at 10:30pm on FXX.

You're the Worst Season 2 Episode 12 airs tonight. Make sure you're back here for a full review after it airs!
