So we say to Angel From Hell, which CBS has canceled effective immediately and pulled from the schedule after airing five of its 13-episode freshman season.
The comedy starred Jane Lynch and Maggie Lawson about a guardian angel, and was rumored to suffer from creative issues.
Beginning next week, 2 Broke Girls will return to Thursdays where it aired last season.
There was a temporary comedy block airing on Wednesdays to bridge a gap between runs of Survivor consisting of 2 Broke Girls and the soon-to-end Mike & Molly.
That block ends this Wednesday and 2 Broke Girls will return next Thursday at 9:30 ET. This week CBS will air another episode of The Big Bang Theory on Wednesday.
The move for 2 Broke Girls takes care of that series' outstanding fifth season episodes, but there is no official word on when Mike & Molly will finish out the episodes of its final season.
