Gilmore Girls: A Day in the Life Teaser & Premiere Date Announced!!

at .

Happily, the Gilmore Girls have not changed.

Seriously, like at all.

They look the same, they sound the same.

We're all totally in love right here, right now, but we have to wait a little longer to get more out of them.

But not too long!

Gilmore Girls, A Day in the Life, will premiere on November 25 at 12:01 PT. Not so great for you east coasters, but you're used to it, right?

In the tiny slice of heaven they've released to whet our Gilmore appetites, the Lorelai is doing what she does best. Talking about nothing.

Wondering if Amy Schumer would like her. Who hasn't wondered that?

And when Rory blows that out of the water for her (I'm not so sure I believe her reasoning), Lorelai wonders whether John Oliver thinks she's hot.

Now here's the biggest question I have for all you guys.

How many of you have never watched a single episode of Inside Amy Schumer or Last Week Tonight with John Oliver?

How many of you will be doing whatever you can to get your hands on those now that they've been recommended by Lorelai?

Was that the best marketing EVER or am I nuts??

Wow. Gilmore Girls are still as relevant and interesting just sitting by their table doing nothing as they have always been.

And there will be SIX HOURS of this awaiting you on November 25th!!

Old boyfriends will return, as well as old friends (with their accompanying family members!).

The same people will work at the Dragonfly. Michel is behind the desk, where he belongs.

Sookie will make an appearance (or two...who knows?).

There will be town meetings and a singing Paul Anka (the dog).

There will be so much to rediscover and to love. And now we know when it's going to happen.

If you've stopped dancing, be sure to share the date and video clip with all your friends. Let us know if you're watching Amy and John! Squeeeee!

Gilmore Girls Quotes

Lorelai: Hi, Mom.
Emily: Lorelai, my goodness, this is a surprise. Is it Easter already?
Lorelai: (sounding uncomfortable) No, I just, uh, finished up my business class and I thought I would stop by.
Emily: To see me?
Lorelai: Yes.
Emily: Well, isn't that nice. Come in.
Lorelai: Thanks.
(They walk to the living room.)
Lorelai: The place looks great.
Emily: It hasn't changed.
Lorelai: Well, there you go. How are the girls at the bridge club?
Emily: Old.
Lorelai: Well... good.
(Lorelai and Emily sit, opposite to each other)
Emily: You said you were taking a business class?
Lorelai: Yeah, mmhmm, yeah. I'm taking a business class at the college twice a week. I'm sure I told you.
Emily: Well, if you're sure then you must have. (she pauses) Would you like some tea?
Lorelai: I would love some coffee.
Richard: (calling from another room) Emily? I'm home.
Emily: We're in here.
(Richard walks into the living room)
Lorelai: Hi, Dad.
Richard: What is it, Christmas already?

Lorelai: (speaking to Luke) Wow, you look nice. Really nice.
Luke: I had a meeting earlier at the bank. They like collars. You look nice, too.
Lorelai: I had a flagellation to go to.
Luke: So, what'll you have?
Lorelai: Coffee, in a vat.
Rory: I'll have coffee also. And chili fries.
Luke: That's quite a refined palate you got there.
(Luke walks to the counter)
Lorelai: (to Rory) Behold the healing powers of a bath.
