Allison Scagliotti is a busy woman!
Currently starring on Freeform's Stitchers, she's just taken a role on The Vampire Diaries Season 8 as an occult reach intern.
Ummm...we're not entirely sure what that means, but we can't wait to find out!
Scagliotti will be playing an occult research intern named Georgie, and will make her first appearance in The Vampire Diaries Season 8 premiere on Oct. 21.
Unsurprisingly, Georgie will be driven by a horrific darkness in her own past.
If you don't mind a guess, that darkness obviously stuck with her, because the occult will only bring her more of it.
And the direction she's heading (since she's being driven and all) is straight in to the mouth of more darkness!
Holy moly, sister. Maybe you should ask directions and a bit about the place you're heading before you visit.
Anyway.
It turns out there are answer for all that. For inquiring minds just like mine!
Apparently, Georgie channels her existential anxieties into a new field of study that will force her to confront her deepest fears.
So, on second thought, she will most definitely be in the right place at the right time for her field of study and to be scared hopeless.
Will this bring her into contact with the creature that attacked Damon and Enzo on The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Episode 22?
Perhaps. There are plenty of fears for Georgie to confront while she's on TVD canvas.
Is this the new woman in town who turns Stefan's head?
If Georgie wants darkness, Damon and Enzo might produce enough of it to keep her going for an eternity.
