TV Ratings Report: Empire Rebounds, Modern Family Hits New Low

Don't count Empire out quite yet.
Fox: Empire (6.3 million/2.1 rating) rebounded three-tenths in the demo, while Shots Fired (3.1 million/0.8 rating) maintained its recent ratings.
NBC: Blindspot (3.9 million/0.8 rating) slipped, while Law & Order: SVU (4.8 million/1.1 rating) and Chicago PD (6.1 million/1.2 rating) perked up a tenth.
CBS: Survivor (8.2 million/1.7 rating) and Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (4.9 million/0.8 rating) inched down a tenth, while Criminal Minds (8 million/1.5 rating) picked up a tenth.
The CW: Arrow (1.6 million/0.6 rating) perked up a tenth, while The 100 (0.9 million/0.3 rating) went the other way.
ABC: The Goldbergs (5.2 million/1.3 rating), Speechless (4.3 million/1.0 rating) and Modern Family (5.6 million/1.5 rating) all dropped, while black-ish (4.8 million/1.3 rating) and Designated Survivor (4.9 million/1.0 rating) each picked up a tenth.
