Grey's Anatomy: Sarah Utterback Returns!

at .

Grey's Anatomy has been on the air since 2005, and the show has had a revolving door of characters ever since.

That's what happens when you have a show in a hospital setting, and we now know that a character from the Grey's Anatomy's earlier days will be showing up in the near future.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Sarah Utterback will be reprising her role as Nurse Olivia for one episode later this month.

Utterback was a recurring player for the sudsy ABC drama's first six seasons. If you watch Grey's Anatomy online, you will likely remember Olivia as the woman who gave George syphilis after contracting it from none other than Alex.

Olivia was fired from the hospital during Grey's Anatomy Season 6 and has not been heard from since.

The awkward thing about all of it is that Jo will be the one who deals with Olivia upon her arrival at the hospital with her son.

Will Jo learn the story about syphilis, or will there be something more pressing to address? Yeah, we're wondering whether her son could be looking for his father at the hospital.

It would be a soapy twist for sure, but Grey's Anatomy is all about embracing soapy twists these days.

Jo and Alex are at a good place in their relationship, so was only a matter of time before someone else showed up to disrupt their happiness.

It should be fun to find out what Olivia's been getting up to since her firing, but we think it's fair to say she will not be returning to the hospital as a nurse.
