It sounds a bit weird for someone to want to be like Blair, because she's a fictional character! Personally, I don't aspire to be like her!
I love her wardarobe and the penthouse she lives in, but I really don't like her character!

whoever you sad people are who want to be like "blair" i feel so sorry for you, hope you realize she is a made up character, however leighton is a fantastic actress, and depicts the "bitch" in blair so well.
