Bio
Chris Skelton is a rookie detective. He's a very nice guy, as he attempts to make it in this uncompromising world. For the most part, though, he can't keep up with Gene and Ray.
Chris is impressed with Sam's unique way of looking at and thinking about policing, but that means he's at odds with Gene and his old school style. Makes for a tough precinct.
