Christopher Chance is the main character in Human Target.

He's a private contractor that is paid to protect the lives of various clients each week. He takes on different jobs and personas, depending on the job at hand. Chance will do whatever it takes to save the lives of those that hire him to do so.

He's based on a character created by DC Comics.
