Deb Lee (full name Deborah Helen Lee, formerly Deborah Scott), is a character on One Tree Hill, played by Barbara Alyn Woods.
She is the ex-wife of Dan Scott, ex-sister in-law of Keith Scott (deceased) the mother of Nathan Scott the mother in-law of Haley James Scott, the aunt of Lily Scott and the grandmother of James Lucas Scott.
Deb Lee met Dan in college and became pregnant by him. She was unaware that he had also gotten his high school girlfriend Karen Roe pregnant. Dan and Deb both dropped out of college to get married. Deb comes from a wealthy family and Dan used her father's money to set up his own car dealership.
