Dr. Eleanor O'Hara is Jackie's best friend. She shares the nurse's disdain for the screwed up hospital in which they each work.
Eleanor is British and she admits that she doesn't care all that much about her patients. She just enjoys cutting them up, but does have a sensitive side of course. It has a lot to do with the fact that her mother stole her boyfriend.

Why is money no problem for Dr O'Hara? She seems to have plenty. Love her, she is the best character by far.
