Filip "Chibs" Telford is portrayed by Tommy Flanagan. He's a member of SAMCRO, one that is very loyal to Jax.
Telford hails from Glasgow, Scotland, but grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He spent time as a medic with the British Army.
Clay: Where is everybody? Tig: Chibs and Hap went home, haven't seen Bobby or Juice, I think Jax finally tracked down Ope and Miles and Kozik are dead.

Understated and menacing. Terrific performance. And it doesn't hurt that he's outrageously sexy.
What's also striking is the difference between the darkness of his performance in SOA and the sweetness he invests in his characterization of Maximus's slave in "Gladiator".

Aye! He is a kick actor. Makes a Great biker too. being a member of a club. its cazy sometimes but we get by. Don't forget his best showing in Braveheart!
