Narrator
As cheesy as it feels to add a Narrator as a character, it definitely makes sense for Arrested Development. Ron Howard, the producer of the show, narrates the show and even appears on screen in a cameo. He sometimes tells the facts, sometimes makes stuff up, but is always there to keep you entertained.
