Burke was fierd because he said some nasty things to O'malley. In the show the producers made it so that he left because he was having marrage issues with Christina and so he left right before the wedding leaving her devistated. I am glad burke is gone! He should have thought about what he was saying to O'malley before the words came out. I think the show is going great right now in season 3 I dont want to have to worry about Burke with what is going on between Christina and Owen! Though I am sad O'malley died....! but we have callie so thats good!

I alsobwish for the cardio god to return, so I can continue to watch GA since the end of season 3. I couldnt bear to watch the serie without him and cristina by his side. It ended so abruptly and as a matter of fact, it was so obvious that this wasnt planned but only to adjust to the circumstances behind the scenes. And I dont like the fact, the writer are trying to dirt the relationship of him and c. Just to make owen and c. Relationship more true. It is obvious to although owentina are fine couple, that iw and so had a tremendous chemistry on set. Please return Isaiah Washington.

Bring back Preston Burke. The show has steadily declined since his departure. Wise up. Everyone makes mistakes. This is America the last time I checked.
I am catching the old episodes of Grey's only to find out that they cut the best character of the series: Dr Burke!

Just finished watching season three and was so disappointed. I have suddenly lost interest in the program. I hope we see him in the future and until i know he's back, I'm not watching it again.

I started watching Grey's in 2009 by renting the first season to catch up. Now, totally hooked, I purchased all of the seasons. The ONLY seasons I watch over and over are 1-3. That's ONLY for Dr. Burke. The show is not the same. I miss George but after him & Callie split and him & Izzie didn’t work out, there was really no need for his character now. They didn’t have to kill the poor little guy though. Izzie is gone and good riddance. I enjoyed her save when the ferry boat crashed but after that…Two thumbs down!
I still watch the new shows and I think Owen is good for Christina. I wouldn't want to see him go. However, there's more than enough room and writing creativity to bring Dr. Burke back. It would really be nice if the writers would take notice of what their fans want and that’s for them to bring Dr. Burke back!
