Stefano DiMera (a.k.a. "The Phoenix"), born 1932, is a villain on the soap opera Days of Our Lives, most often played by Joseph Mascolo (1982-1985, 1988, 1993-2001, 2007-). He was portrayed by Frank Fata for a part of 1991, and by an unknown actor in December 2006.

He has faked his death or been reported dead by others 10 times during the series' history, coming back each time to taunt the citizens of Salem.
