Bio

When Tom Neville was young, he was weak. Which is probably while he is so strong and power hungry today. Before the power went out, he was an insurance adjuster, and realized that he can use this nonverbal reading abilities to his advantage. He is now the leader of the Monroe Militia, keeping "peace" across the nation. Neville was sent to capture Ben, but when he was killed, he took his son, Danny, as a hostage to reach his uncle, Miles.
