I have yet to watch this episode, as I was out. However, it seems to me that in a city the size of New York, there should be more than one meeting which he could attend. If someone is stealing his words, can he not go to a different meeting and avoid the thief?

White Collar Season 6 Episode 6 Review: Au Revoir

I think you'd have to be one cold and callous mother*bleeper* not to let your "family" know for an entire year that you were still alive. Also, Neal purposefully, knowingly and willingly placed Peter in a heap load of danger because he needed Mozzie to steal the 30 million on the outside. Neal basically crapped all over Peter in this last foray and all Peter did at the end was smile about it. Unbelievable! I distinctly remember Neal claiming he did not want to be that guy who hurts without remorse, and that was after him conning a stranger. Well, not only has he turned into that guy, but worse he hurt his "family" in the worst possible way. All in all, for me, this ending crapped all over what had occurred before and seriously jeopardises the future relationship betewen Peter and Neal. It seriously feels like Neal played the long con from the very beginning and everyone, barring Mozzie, is the chump for falling for it - and that kind of thinking has me disliking the Neal Character (one of the best characters ever to have set foot in TV series) Just really disappointed right now....

Winter Just got home and luckily have Friday off. Wow, its' Friday already. Just a few comments. It was Bushi101 who authored the amazing scenario for Season 2 viewing everything from Graces' perspective. One of the best pieces of writing I have seen in a while.
Now about Grace. Once Grace entered Simon's apartment, she made the commitment for physical gratification. Grace is an adult and certainly knows the rules. You don't enter the apartment of a guy hitting on you if you don't expect or want physical contact. It is true, that she can say no at any time, but entering the apartment is a signal to Simon that she came for physical contact. Bedding Grace from that moment is a foregone conclusion. I suspect that Simon probably told Grace about his profession after he bedded her for the first time. It would be difficult to tell a woman who is beautiful and desirable that he will only have sex with her if she paid for it. The future contacts for pay would be more easily addressed post-coitus. The choice for future contact and the commitment for payment therefore would be totally in Grace's hands. That is how Simon protects himself. Grace came to Simon's apartment with the expectation of sex with a handsome, young, stud. She had no idea what his profession was and that she was a potential client. Simon logically would wait until Grace was suitably impressed and satisfied by his skills before broaching the concept of pay for pleasure. Once Grace was physically satisfied her ego and desires would continue the affair. She would gladly pay, the monies which initially were insignificant for her, if she maintained only monthly visitations. But I am sure that she was so impressed by Simon's skill and her responses to his love making, that the frequency of contact started to get out of hand (in respect that the demand for monies was greater than she could afford at each visitation). Remember also that she spent entire afternoons with Simon (at the house stagings). Therefore, Grace logically had become a major source of revenue, since he could not schedule more than one appointment for the afternoons of their get-togethers.
I think in Season 2 we will learn a little more about the extent of the Grace - Simon interaction. Remember, Adriana's comment to Grace that the interaction with Simon in her driveway looked intense. That is the polite way of saying passionate.

Hmm.... she could be Elena's real aunt ( Isobel's sister ), or someone from Enzo's past , or someone from Liz's relatives , or maybe she's Kai's ex-girlfriend ... We'll see

golfingdocp, Bushi101, sojourner, reality adictt:
There are many loose ends in season 1, and the bike ride is one of them. I believe it was reality adictt who suggested that season 2 cover season 1 from Grace's viewpoint. Some scenes would be interesting to expand upon, such as the bike scene and how Simon seduced Grace, or Grace seduced Simon. I agree with golfingdocp that Grace was already primed to consider doing something to change her life when Simon popped up. She suddenly meets a physically attractive man who makes her feel like a desirable women, and clearly wants to engage her in a mating dance, even though she told him she was married. The obvious sexual interest that Simon had in Grace must have been a pleasant shock to her, and I'm sure she tingled with sexual desire for Simon. I think the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back, which led Grace the next day to seriously think about Simon as a sexual partner, was when Neil ignored her plea for a date and treated her like a bad, stupid little girl.
Simon set the hook by giving Grace his address via cell phone during the melee at the club. I remember that Linda had to drive by Jacob's house to see where he lived. Similarly, I think Grace had to see if she would have the same tingle when she saw Simon again. She didn't push Simon's bell and was leaving when Simon drove up. Seeing him again did her in; she had to find out how far she wanted to go with him. This new adventure was too strong to ignore. I originally suggested that Simon may have taken Grace for a ride, etc., but I believe Simon is way too sophisticated to make out in a car, especially a Porsche. We can all invent our fantasy seduction scenes with Simon and Grace, but my guess is that Simon simply invited her up to his apartment for a coffee and visit and Grace didn't hesitate to accept. Once she was in his apartment, which is quite private and presentable, the actual seduction was relatively simple for Simon (or Grace). The exact steps in their hooking up I leave to your imaginations.
There is something else that I have wondered about. Did Grace and Simon go out at all? I find it hard to believe that Grace would just want to have sex with Simon, and not go out, secretly. I don't think sex alone would satisfy her loneliness. Her boredom, yes, but not her gregarious feelings.
Another thing: Simon was on a date when he and Grace first realized the attraction to each other. Isn't it odd that Simon was dating someone after a hard day's work? He didn't even like her since he dumped her after taking one look at Grace.
Finally, everyone, I found an interesting site, bipolar-lives.com, that says bipolar cheating is one of the most typical bipolar symptoms of all. Symptomatic hypersexuality would explain Linda's sexual adventures. Without medical treatment, she will probably have more bouts of infidelity. Her husband has a long, sad journey ahead in caring for her. I don't believe Grace has any such illness.

mixed feelings about the finale...I mean, I enjoyed the ultimate con...but it felt a little too bitter...Neal without Mozzie...sounds weird, right?

Narsimha chintaluri

Gos awful finale that's being blindly accepted by emotional fans. What was the point of the ENTIRE show if Neal STILL stole millions and will probably continue to pull art heists in Paris? And why is Peter okay with that?
