   He never really had a good season, did he?
   
   Season 1 - He became 007 straight away, was in love with Meredith who loved Derek.
   
   Season 2 - The girl he liked cried when they had sex and he had to ignore her.
   
   Season 3 - His father died, he cheated on his wife and lost his best friend
   
   
   Season 4 - He stayed behind as an intern, he and Izzie couldn't get together and he and Callie separated too.
   
   Season 5 - the most boring life ever and he was hit by a bus.

   I can see why George quit so even though I hate that hes gone, I don't hate him. I don't hate Shonda either though, think about all the great things she did, although killing off George is a BIG mistake, she'll probably lose loads of viewers.

    In the show 24, they film three alternate outcomes for anything big so if some spoilers are leaked, they change. So maybe they have filmed Alex/Izzie married and Meredith/Derek married they just haven't decided who to marry.
