OMG! What an episode!!!!!!!! I thought Amanda would just tumble down the stairs but falling of it? and she is in a coma? Emily's mom was married to the WHM? She came to the hospital? Wow, the show deserves a standing O for that episode! I am amazed with what I saw. I am enjoying this new love sl for Nolan, he deserves to be loved, although wasn't he happy when Emily thanked him and actually said :No, really, thank you? I don't ship them as a romantic couple, but she is definitively important to him. So its going to be interesting how much time will he be able to spend with her and Padma. Will those two get along? Can't wait for that! Emily went overboard as usual with her manipulations with Amanda (sorry, bad reference!) but I still felt so sorry for her at the end of that episode! For the first time I saw how much Emily really misses her family and how much of a trauma this is for her. Revenge is one thing, but she is still human. And I have to say, I was so glad Aiden was there for her! The guy untieded himself and bleeding the first thing he does is call Emily. Guys, I am thinking of switching ships!
I have to say that I am getting tired of this show and there obvious writing for there fave Ian. He gets to be the hero, fight scenes, gets the best lines. The rest of the cast like Candice is always on her back with tyler. Stefan ends up the butt of jokes. Steven is just there. I can say this and mean it. Hope it doesn't see a season 5. I think that Kevin should tell us straight out that this is the Ian and Nina show and not the vampire diaries. THIS!
1. The entire scene at the church, haven't had one of such intense scenes in a while! 2. TVD can't do a normal introduction, can it? It has to be either the awkward and weird way like April or out of nowhere Connor. He just appeared on my tv screen and went all CSI on this town. 3. Would you like it if your girlfriend stuck her tongue down your brother's throat? 4. Tyler, he took the bullet for the team. Twice. 5. Lexie. I wish she would appear to give some advice to Stefan on Elena, or to Caroline - the best Lexie 2.0 ever!
Surprise, surprise, another party...
Here it just looked weird and gross, because only Damon was enjoying it while Elena had no idea what it meant to a vampire. So again Damon abused a woman on this show because he was overstepping as usual. Remember the pact the brothers made last season, whomever Elena chooses, the other brother had to leave town. Shipping aside but I am not saying Damon had to leave town, we all knew he wouldn't t ever do it. But helping Elena in her struggle is one thing, but taking advantage of that situation for his own enjoyment is sick. So Stefan had every right to hit him. Everything was awesome though - I enjoyed the scenes at the first memorial and the second. It reminded me of something the show could do so very well, intense scenes that would have the viewers really invested into what it happening, the other the emotional side of things (which we haven' t seen in a very long time) so the idea of everyone remembering those we have lost over the past three years was great.
This episode was so much better than the premier, I am liking the fact that the writers are not neglecting the difficulties Elena is experiencing, even if it is the constant disgusting blood caughting , I am fine with it. TVD needs to get back to being brutal. With previous characters who got turned, we did not get to see the whole process of becoming a vampire. Vicky and Caroline mainly suffered from blood craving and once they drank blood they were fine. Elena not being able to keep animal and human blood down is an interesting thought. Also taking into consideration Damon's theory on doppelgänger blood rejecting other blood - I feel there is a loop hole for turning Elena back into being human some day, who knows. As for the whole Elena drinking Damon's blood, well I'pto me it's not as special as the books, as there book Damon always drank Elena's blood from her neck and she had to do the same and that really did make it intimate. Here it looked just weird and like an easy way out for Elena, and just another dumb reason to fuel the damn boring love triangle. Stefan hitting Damon had a point though, shipping aside does anyone remember the pact they made last season? Whomever Elena chose, the other one had to leave town. Damon is not only sticking around, he is complaining about to dead Rick and not having any respect for his brother's relationship - helping Elena is one thing but making it into something so intimate while Elena had no knowledge of what that means to a vampire, to me that's another form of abuse. Everything else was awesome though, I loved the entire memorial service it was intense and interesting, I loved seeing all the gang trying to keep it together. The memorial scenes at the end were also very touching.
I don't think Serena and Dan will get married, she belongs with a true man - Steven, not a lonely boy!
Looking sooo good! Emily looks AMAZING! The guys look HOT! Only Ashley's dress reminds me of the ugliest and cheapest dress ever....
I object! Dan was such a pig to Serena! No! I like and Steven!
6. Ugh, with that childish attitude, I doubt it. Blair must understand it is time to grow up and act like it! I don't even want to talk about her future with Chuck, and how her career will affect it. I am done with them. 7. Bart. Does he sleep with the same face that displays zero emotions?
