I was a bit disappointed by the Bonnie/Jeremy scenes at first but they shaped up awesomely.
And Jeremy cleans up gooood in a suit!
I knew Elijah wouldn't do it, and it became even clearer when Stefan started questioning his honour. That just drew large neon arrows at the ultimate betrayal. But I'm wondering whether they can really sustain a season three of intense, dark, original-searching episodes. I miss the lighter moments, when the show wasn't all about sitting around the Salvatore house plotting Klaus' death.
I'm way curious about Greta. Why the undying devotion? There's probably a story there.
Now the cards on the table are Damon's bite, two originals going MIA, and Caroline's mum being in the loop. I put my money on her being the next to go. They've already compelled her once, it won't happen again. I'm certain they'll save Damon (Vampire Diaries without him? Pfft.) But how? I love the idea that he'll come back human!
I'm hoping Dan ends up with Charlie. It's more probable than Blair, and he needs to get SOME action. When's the last time he got some tail (we saw him shirtless)?!!
I'm all for letting people handle their own lives but Stefan's just stupid for letting Elena do what she will. Yes, she should be allowed to make her own decisions, but in issues like these where her knowledge is barely above zero and her ability to protect herself is sub-zero, Damon's right to demand that the Salvatores call the shots. She's a loose canon who can't be trusted to make the best decisions for herself.
This could have been a really good episode, one of the best ever, if it hadn't used music.
Greys isn't just about music. It's about intelligent and realistic dialogue. To me, the best part of the ep was the elevator scene with MerDer. Now THAT's the Grey's I love.
This was shmaltzy and sell-out. Some of them have brilliant voices. But Greys shouldn't have been their platform.
Props to Gossip Guy for successfully mentioning the Dair kiss in every response. That's all I can think about in the episode too, and it's driving me nuts that we have to wait more than a month for the next episode.
But Jackson and Lexie, wohoo!
Not quite the surprise of the season, but shirtless Jackson time is always appreciated.
And they really need to give Jackson a storyline, this was better than most.
Also, LOVED the fact that Bailey was finally given intelligent screentime.
Chandra Wilson is incredible and it's really annoyed me how they've made her a giggling schoolgirl these past few episodes.
This was like old Bailey.
Just like the ending; it took me back to the first few seasons.
What Grey's really needs is to kill a few characters so it can go back to focussing on a few really good storylines instead of the confusion it is now.

Have you noticed how EVERYone's given up on Vanessa? Even the stylists. She looked particularly homeless today, even by her standards.
And FINALLY, Dan got to make out with someone! Vintage Gossip Girl sex scene :D. I'd pay to see some shirtless action from him, though.
