Also, I'd just like to add that I am sick of having Klaroline shoved down my throat. Am I seriously going to have to put up with it every episode? And really, what was with Klaus sitting there drawing pictures of Caroline? There's romantic and then there's creepy, dude. Am I the only one that remembers when Tyler and Jeremy used to draw? Who wants to bet all this artistic!Klaus rubbish will be forgotten about in a few episodes? Plus, Klaus is creepy when he's trying to be all nice.
Another wholly disappointing episode. An entire 14 episodes worth of build up just fell apart in the most anti-climactic way possible. Sure, there was a bit of fire and Kol got stabbed but we all knew that Elena wouldn't die and neither would the Originals, and we all sure as hell knew that the Salvatore's would do something idiotic to save their precious Elena. Alaric getting shot was nothing new because, come on, the guy dies every second episode. I've lost all ability to care about his mortality. Also, how was it that Alaric conveniently missed the giant runic calendar and the mentions of the tree in the cave? Sloppy writing, that's how. Overall, this episode was boring, predictable and worse still, it made me loathe Stefan and Damon. They have some really messed up morals, not that I didn't know that before, but this episode their actions went beyond contemptible. Flipping a coin to decide the fate of Bonnie and her mom? That's what we call a dick move, ladies and gentlemen.
Basically, this episode sucked. Watching last night's episode was so tedious it was almost painful. The plot progressed absolutely nowhere and all of the characters seemed completely off key. I was disappointed in Caroline, annoyed by Elena, bored by the DES stuff and left completely unimpressed by Mama Original and her brood. The only good things about the episode were Kol and Matt. Klaus has become such a horrid villain, it's actually laughable. What happened to the big bad villain we were promised last season? The writers pushed his humananity way too much in this episode, I was killing myself laughing at the sheer absurdity of it all. Plus, the writers seem intent on shoving Klaroline down our throats. It came out of absolutely nowhere and suddenly Klaus is smitten with Caroline after meeting her just once. Or is that not the case? Does he spend his nights watching her sleep, a la Edward Cullen, or something? Seriously, what am I missing here?
I don't want another freaking Gilbert, I want Jeremy to stay. I swear, if this Samantha turns out to be Klaus' love interest I may have to throw myself off a cliff. Especially considering she's most likely human. Could you imagine Klaus with a human love interest? LOL. Try not to break your new toy, Klaus, sweetie. And why does every character need a love interest? And why do we need to bring in useless new characters to steal screen time away from the characters we already love? I can't with this show anymore, I just can't.
The kiss is obviously going to be either Delena or Stelena. And as for who's leaving, my money's on Jeremy, Alaric or Tyler.
I'm getting really sick of Glee. It's really struggling to live up to my expectations, which, at the moment, are spirit-crushingly low. This episode was just another big ass bump in the road. I'm not sure I'm going to keep watching anymore, because, honestly, the fandom is more fun than the actual show.
Finn? Finn?! What kind of lame name is that for an Original? And it's obviously SUCH a Viking name. Besides, thanks to Glee, the name will always remind me of an idiot.
I can't. I just can't with this show anymore. This episode was complete and utter suck. There was just so much pointless crap that made no sense. I thought the point of this episode was to let us know all about the Original family but all it basically did was confirm things that fans had predicted weeks ago. Also, I can't get over the fact that there were Vikings in freaking Virginia. I mean, really, TVD writers, reallyyy?
Klaus is scary and sexy. Rawr.
...So now I just want to know the name of all the Originals. If I can get that I'll be happy.
