I'm digging most of your points, but I don't think Amelia was hostile to Owen. I actually believe the writers were reminding us that our private life and past should simply stay in the past. We are not obliged to tell our bosses or workplace every single detail about our personal matters. If we are doing a job well done, that should be all that matters. It was her right to keep quiet. I'm super excited for the winter premiere, but I am surprised it's already happening next week. Also, I know that in seasons past, we did see 12 episodes in the fall and the remaining 12 in the spring. With that schedule, Grey's never returned until late February. Supposedly, it's returning in January now.

Communication is always necessary, but I actually think their use of time outs is realistic as well. Not every married couple talks it out every single time there's an argument. Some couples just realize that they're married and need a mini break. Is it healthy? Probably not, but something tells me their fighting is far from over. Something is bound to put them even closer to the edge, and I'm betting Shonda's waiting to use that card since we're not even halfway through the season.
Agreed! Maybe Derek and Meredith are already aware.
Lol! Say what?!
I LOVE Amelia, too. I'm so glad she's on board at GSMH now.
What an interesting take! Does your niece want to play catch up or is she only interested in the story from here on out?
I would LOVE a Jolex episode!
I almost felt like Arizona's responsibilities were more like a consolation prize. Here's to hoping something amazing will come out of the opportunity for Alex though!
I completely agree! I miss Lexie, too.
