I'm still upset that Josh is trying to multitask with all these new shows, when fans are having issues with the old ones. I'm not even slightly interested in seeing this spinoff.
I'm all with the Chair and no more Derena, but really, I just want to be shocked again. I remember when I watched Season 1, and every ten minutes, I was yelling OMG, NOO, or some other crazy talk. Now it's like. Wow, I totally saw that coming. I get what they're trying to do with Chair, but it's getting ridiculous now. There's only so long you can tease people with something. Either they're together or they're not. Even in Friends, where Ross and Rachel were so into each other, they still managed to give them interesting SLs seperate of each other, while at the same time giving us little bits of hope. It took TEN seasons and I didn't lose my mind like I am here.
What happened to all the parties? these kids are 18, not 30. They're ALL acting too old. I get that they're growing up, but I wasn't such a bore in my senior year.
Also, it seems the writers are totally incapable of giving more than 2 or 3 characters a storyline at a time. Jenny has been filler since episode 12, Nate was either gone or useless for half the season, and now that Serena is single she seems to be fading into that obscurity too.
I feel the writers have gotten lazy, and are just throwing in random storylines that don't seem to add much to the plot. What was Rachel's point? And was there not a better way for Chuck to realise he needed to be with Blair than that nanny? That SL made me cringe. What happened with Blair and Jack? The whole thing just seems so rushed, and there's a random new guest character every other episode. I get that they cant just be interacting with themselves, but don't make these guests so BLATANTLY obvious as controversy stirrers. I mean really.
I'm still a dedicated fan of the show, but I admit, I haven't been feeling it since ep 14.
Get people excited, and chill with the spoilers. Because really? the spoilers DONT HELP. I was immensely turned off by the Nate/Blair reunion (even if granted, it couldn't be helped they were filming). Because I know this is just another ridiculous block for Chair. But you know what? I'll keep watching, until I really can't take it anymore.
GG has such potential, I havent been this obsessed with ashow in years, let's hope that these past few episodes were just a rough patch, cos I'd hate for it to go down like that.
I'm with No More Recaps. The producers trusted you with the previews and you break you promise and write it out in detail. How do you think this makes you guys look to them?

Give a review without spoilers, if you want, but this giving away the show thing sucks for those of us that actually want to be surprised and not having blabber mouth users tell us the ending.
This spinoff is a bad idea. GG is already struggling with ratings, and stupid plot twists, and the producers think this is an awesome time to film a spin off. Le sigh.

I miss old Chuck too. The lighter, funny but pervy one who actualy wore jeans and sneakers (albeit huge ugly sneakers) Now he looks like a moody banker all the time.
And i miss the fun parties.. the whole thing has gotten too grown up and serious somewhat.
